At YVOCanvas, every item is made to order and personalized specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized products due to a change of mind.

If your order arrives:

• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect
• Different from the approved customization

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll gladly replace the item or provide another appropriate resolution.

If you need to update or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
