Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

Because every item is custom made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

We will make it right if:

Your order arrives damaged — contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement at no cost.

Your order has a design error on our end — we'll reprint and reship for free.

Your order is lost in transit — if tracking shows no update for 14+ business days, we'll reship your order.

Proof Approval

If you request a digital proof before printing, you have 24 hours to approve or request changes. Once approved, the design is final. If no response is received within 24 hours, we print as designed.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, production may have already started and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
