Custom Products

All products are custom made to order based on the information and images you provide. It is your responsibility to ensure all details (names, text, photos) are accurate before completing your purchase. YVO Canvas is not responsible for errors in customer-provided information.

Image Rights

By uploading a photo, you confirm that you own the rights to that image or have permission to use it. YVO Canvas is not responsible for any copyright or intellectual property disputes related to customer-submitted images.

Order Processing

Once production has begun, orders cannot be modified. Please double-check all details before submitting. We reserve the right to contact you if we believe your photo quality may affect the final product.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed securely through Shopify at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

YVO Canvas is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control. Our maximum liability for any order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.

Intellectual Property

All designs, branding, and content on this site are the property of YVO Canvas. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content without written permission.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
