Shipping policy

Processing Time

Most orders are produced and shipped within 1 business day. During peak seasons (holidays, Valentine's Day, graduation), processing may take 2-3 business days.

If you requested a digital proof, your order ships next business day after your approval.

Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping (Free): 3-7 business days via USPS

All orders include tracking. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. YVO Canvas is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows no update for 14+ business days, contact us and we'll reship your order. Occasional carrier delays are outside of our control but we'll do everything we can to help.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
